TRAFFIC OPERATIVEOur client currently has a vacancy for a Traffic Operative to join their Milton Keynes team.We are looking for motivated and reliable Traffic Operatives to contribute to our mission of keeping our clients sites safe and traffic flowing smoothly.The RoleAs a Traffic Operative, your role will be to visit customer sites, setting up traffic systems, and resolving any traffic issues.Responsibilities
  • Training and educating customers of the correct use of equipment.
  • Checking equipment before and after supply to customers.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and repairing traffic management systems.
  • Delivery and installation of traffic management equipment to customer sites
  • Conducting regular safety checks and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and the public.
  • Completing both customer and internal paperwork.
  • Following all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in traffic management or a related field.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and be physically fit for manual tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
