About the Role
- Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and implement lessons that foster creativity, skill development, and a deep understanding of nutrition and food preparation.
- Assess and track student progress, offering support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development of the Food Technology curriculum and resources.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Food Technology within a UK secondary school setting is desirable.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching practical and theoretical aspects of Food Technology.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to student achievement.
- A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
