Are you a driven Sales and Customer Service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Green Orchard Recruitment are thrilled to be managing this exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, a fast-growing Ecommerce business. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return time and again.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing top-notch service while contributing to the company’s success.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with a variety of sales enquiries across the product ranges.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to maximise company sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Process and manage customer orders across various channels, including B2B orders, building strong rapport to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide bespoke quotations and proforma invoices, following up on potential leads to drive sales.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales order acknowledgements from suppliers and liaise with them to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Coordinate smooth deliveries and provide customers with high-level technical information, supported by partners and internal teams.
  • Help maintain a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional service.
  • Work towards team targets to achieve business objectives, supported by effective sales administration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and order management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
