Support Worker Required

Location:                     Minehead

Duration:                     3 months

Hours:                          37.5

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting service users sustaining tenancy
• Referring service users to relevant services
• Offering move on skills to tenants
• Assisting service users  become more integrated into the community
• Travelling around various accommodations
• Offering benefit and welfare advice

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience is a relevant role
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
• Enhanced DBS
