My client, a global pharmaceutical company, have a rare opportunity for a QA Manager to join their team in West Yorkshire!
As part of the Site Leadership team, you will manage a team of 7 and be present on site 5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the QA Manager will be:
Recruitment, training, and performance management of team members
Collation and reporting of quality metrics at site and business level
Interpreting European and US cGMP guidelines and regulations and applying to ways of working and integrating into the QMS at site
Champions key quality systems on site: Change Control, Validation and Cleaning Validation
Participate in and lead regulatory and customer audits MHRA and FDA
Provide expertise and support on Quality and cGMP aspects to other departments
Ensures that all incidents, OOS and OOT results are investigated, root caused and appropriate CAPAS are put in place.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and change-focused candidate who will possess a broad knowledge of the business, effective communication, interpersonal, organisation & decision-making skills with the ability to lead, manage and motivate teams within a pressurised environment.
The ideal candidate for the QA Manager will have:
A BSc or equivalent in a Scientific subject
Experienced working in a Pharmaceutical GMP environment
Excellent leadership and management skills.
