Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored assistance to students with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
- Support some students who have special educational needs, in addition to EAL requirements.
- Help create inclusive, engaging learning environments.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt educational support to meet individual student needs.
- Encourage a positive and supportive atmosphere that enhances language learning and skill development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students who have English as an Additional Language.
- Experience working with young people or students with special educational needs.
- Commitment to fostering multiculturalism and diversity in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners in a secondary school setting.
