Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Updating transactions and relevant spreadsheets correctly and efficiently
- Processing sales invoices
- Credit control and debtor management
- Producing management accounts
- Preparing annual budgets
- Payroll
- Preparing VAT returns
- Maintaining Cashflow
- Producing budgets and forecasting
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing and updating payment sheets for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Arranging sub-contractor payments
- Calculating and payments of CIS
- Producing detailed job costing presentations
