Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, full-time opportunity?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join a warm and welcoming school in Mitcham. This position is available immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Duration: Full-time for the rest of the academic year
- Pay Rate: 85 to 95 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Early Years students in their learning and development.
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities.
- Provide one-to-one and group support where needed.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and creative.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

SEND Teacher - Year 3 (Part-Time) - Mitcham
Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity?
We are seeking a skilled Year 3 SEND Teacher to join a supportive school in Mitcham. This role is for 3 days a week and will run for the remainder of the academic year.
Role Details:
- Days: 3 days per week (specific days to be confirmed)
- Duration: Until the end of the academic year
- Daily Pay Rate: 198.80 to 257.89 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of Year 3 students with SEND.
- Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure student progress.
- Monitor and assess student development, adjusting strategies as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly in Key Stage 2.
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies.
