Learning Development Mentor (SEN Teaching Assistant)

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for Learning Development Mentors (TA's) to join an Independent SEN School in Croydon.

Position: Learning Development Mentors (SEN Teaching Assistants)

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: Half-day interview, including interaction with pupils

Contract: Temp-to-perm

Location: Croydon, CR4.

An independent secondary school catering to pupils with a wide range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and related needs, is looking for passionate Learning Development Mentors to join their dedicated team.

Requirements:

• SEN experience is essential.
• A nurturing, compassionate approach.
• No restraint required, as behaviour is well managed through strong relationships between staff and students.
• DBS on the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.
