As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of care workers.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions in line with company policies.
- Perform staff appraisals according to company procedures.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff.
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Managers absence.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
The Clinical Lead role comes with an attractive package:
