The Role
As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include booking appointments, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer records, and effectively collaborating with various teams to maximise our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Appointment Setting:
Book appointments for the sales team
Coordinate and book partner switches.
Follow up on inbound product inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Answer product and business-related questions, providing excellent customer service.
Represent the company professionally in all communications.
Follow up on campaign activity effectively.
Maintain a pipeline of marketing qualified leads for future bookings.
Use LinkedIn to search for contacts and generate new leads.
