Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Multi-skilled Engineer - Electrical to join their team in North Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites.
Location: Mold (mobile)
Salary: Competitive (up to £40,000 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday

An average day will include the following:
- Carry out P.P.M., service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced electrical and mechanical installations, plant and equipment.
- React to breakdown maintenance requests.
- Carry out isolations for specialist maintenance subcontractors.
- Work safely and in accordance with company Health and Safety procedures.
- Help maintain accurate estates records and plant history.
- Participate in out of normal hours on call procedure.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Formal Apprenticeship and formal trade qualification
- 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
- Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
- Able to demonstrate competence in the required tasks typically undertaken within building fabric, including plastering, joinery, glazing, plumbing and decorating, as identified on the fabric competency matrix
