Key Responsibilities: 3rd Line IT Support Technician

  • Experience in a similar IT Support role would be beneficial
  • You’ve been an IT Support Engineer for multiple businesses (not administrator of a single company)
  • Supporting various differing systems located within multiple companies
  • Proficient in supporting Microsoft Exchange -onsite and 365
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Server installation and preferable 3rd line support roles
  • Experience in the support of MS 365 products
  • Experience with backup solutions
  • Strong desktop support, helpdesk & onsite skills
  • Be confident in fault diagnosis & troubleshooting a vast array of different issues
