An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Monmouth as a Trainee Customer Support. Full training would be provided in order to become an expert in the use of their systems to be able to deliver training to customers.

As the Trainee Customer Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering structured online software training to clients.
  • Assessing individual and group training needs.
  • Monitoring all trainees' progress.
  • Maintaining training records.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of each training.

The successful Trainee Customer Support will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Experience in a training / education / support role would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
