We are now looking to expand our team and hire a Permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant, this is an ideal job if you are currently frustrated with a lack of progression, limited earning opportunities, corporate politics or micro-management!Â
We think the job as a Senior Recruitment Consultant comes with some great benefits!
- Basic salary of £30k – £35k a year - OTE £60k - £70k
- Flexible home working (subject to performance and probation)
- Very generous holiday of 30 days a year PLUS 8 bank holidays, totalling 38 days in total!
- Monday to Friday working hours

- 4 day week incentivesÂ
What we are looking for in our next team member:
- Prioven experience as a Recruitment consultant, ideally within the Health and Social care sector but not essential
- A full UK driving licence
- Great communication
- Consistent billings in current role
