Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for a leading fruit and vegetable production site
Staffline is recruiting for a Line Leader to work in Peterborough.
The rate of pay is £12.45 per hour
Overtime is paid at £15.56 after 48 hours
The hours of work are:
Day shift 05:45 - 18:00 with a 4on 4off shift pattern
You will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
There is a high chance of temp to perm for the right candidate!
Your Time at Work
As a Line Leader at this site, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the check-in process for workers at the start of each shift
- Managing and operating the production line efficiently
- Training and supporting operators on the line
- Performing data entry tasks
- Collaborating with the shift manager to ensure smooth operations
- Packing products, trimming, weighing, and grading citrus and vegetables
Please note, some heavy lifting may be required.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Production Line Leader will possess a good level of verbal and written communication skills in English. They will also possess a sharp attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy are maintained throughout production.
While experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not essential.
