Our Clients a very successful and respected Agents are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Lettings Team in Morden South West Area of London.The successful Administrator will carry out a variation of administrative tasks such as terminating tenancies, preparation of invoices, tenancy contracts, compliance checks, deposit registration and welcome packs.
We ask that you are pro-active, flexible in your approach, well organised with solid administration experience gained within Estate Agency.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) with a good level of influencing and negotiating skills.
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Adaptability and proactivity to learning and taking on projects/tasks as required by the lettings team.
A can-do attitude and desire to develop a deep understanding of the residential lettings industry.
