A renowned property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead an external packages on one of theirresidential developments in South WestLondon. If you're a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional construction projects, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment on site.
- Monitor site progress and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience asSite Manager, preferably on 20mil+residential developments and working with brickwork packages.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ level
