£20,000- £25,000

Hours per week

35 hours per week, full-time Monday to Friday.

Hybrid 2 days in the office 3 days working for home

This role is currently based at our Sutton branch. We currently offer hybrid working with an expectation of working on average two days per week on site. However, the post holder may be expected to work on site more frequently than this in future or as required. The post holder should be prepared to attend meetings at either site as required.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team. The focus of the role is to provide a high-quality HR administrative service to client departments, as well as support HR colleagues to provide effective HR advice and guidance to staff and managers. You will also support the wider work of the HR department to ensure the provision of an effective service to the ICR.

You will have previous HR administrative experience, ideally gained within the academic, health or not-for-profit sectors. You will also have excellent attention to detail with strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills to effectively deliver within a fast-paced environment. You will also have first-rate customer service skills to build and maintain good collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
