Commercial Property Lawyer needed in Morden, Paying £40.16ph PAYE - Reference: 5260388

  • lawyer to work particularly closely with one of our partners.
  • Working on regeneration plans and projects and ensuring that the programme complies with the principles of good governance.
  • As well as carrying out some transactional work yourself, you will act as intelligent client for the retained external legal advisers and be the conduit for the work carried out by SLLP colleagues.
  • you will ideally have experience and background in commercial property and good regeneration experience and good sound commercial property experience with exposure to regeneration.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
