Commercial Property Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Morden, Paying £40.16ph PAYE - Reference: 5256441

  • We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with the whole range of local authority property work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters. (Not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
  • Managing a complex workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.
  • 1 to 2 days per week office attendance.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
