We are a growing multi-trade maintenance company carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, serving clients across London, Surrey and M25 surrounding areas. Our offices are based in Morden.

We are recruiting an Assistant Office Administrator to support our existing admin team; it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career within facilities. The role would suit an individual who has a strong background within admin and a fast-paced office environment who is enthusiastic in supporting this company through its expansion and to progress within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General Administration
  • Answering calls and emails from clients
  • Updating our job management system
  • Dealing with shared helpdesk in box
  • Support existing Admin Team

Skills and Knowledge

  • Office experience working
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable, excellent time keeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
  • Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)

Salary: £19,000-£23,000 per annum dependant on experience
