ALS Administrator

We are seeking an ALS Administrator for a temporary position lasting 4 weeks.
Job Description:
- Monitor, respond to and file department emails.
- Co-ordinate the tracking and monitoring of the SEN consultation and annual review process.
- Report weekly on consultations, completion of annual reviews, confirmed and outstanding income.
- Complete invoice requisitions and follow up promptly with local authorities on outstanding payment.
- Compiling weekly reports to MIS, detailing a list of learners that require HNS badges.
- Input HNS funding data on to HN funding sheet in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational or financial setting.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
