- Scheduling and coordinating service, repair, and maintenance tasks in line with customer requirements.
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and scheduling work accordingly.
- Maintaining accurate records, including repair logs, inspection reports, and service histories.
- Troubleshooting technical issues over the phone, providing initial guidance, and advising on the next steps.
- Previous experience in scheduling/coordinating service or maintenance work is essential
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
- A background in Plant Hire or Construction is desirable but not essential.
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days allocated for Christmas shutdown)
