This position plays a key role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers
- Handle sales administration and maintain customer records
- Liaise between the Sales Manager and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Monitor customer accounts and support the achievement of sales targets
- Assist in data collection and reporting
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Understanding of sales principles and service standards
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
