Sales Support Advisor - Full Time

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Advisor to join a well-established, family-run business in the food industry has a strong heritage and a reputation built over generations.

This position plays a key role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers
  • Handle sales administration and maintain customer records
  • Liaise between the Sales Manager and clients to ensure smooth communication
  • Monitor customer accounts and support the achievement of sales targets
  • Assist in data collection and reporting
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
