Behaviour Support Worker:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join an excellent school near Morecambe. You will be supporting secondary aged pupils.

This is a full time position to start in January and run until the Febuary half term.

Position Details:

  • Position: BSW
  • Hours: 8:20am-3:20pm
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: Jan 2025
  • End date: End of Feb 2025

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team
  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
