As a Complex Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals facing a range of challenges. You will help empower the individuals to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in complex care (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Driver (preferred but not essential)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year recent UK experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Care Certificate
