LSA - Morecambe:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced learning support assistant in the Morecambe area. You will be supporting primary aged students in small groups and on a 1-1 basis.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with learning activities
  • Building rapport with parents, students and staff
  • Working alongside the class teacher to monitor progress of the pupils

Position Details:

  • Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm, Mon-Fri

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting pupils within a school setting
  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Good knowledge of the general curriculum

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
