Do you thrive in a consultative sales environment where you can make a real difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a sales Consultant to join a well-established, family-run business that has been at the forefront of renewable heating and ventilation solutions for over 25 years. Our client specialises in designing and installing innovative systems for self-build homes, renovations, and custom projects across the UK, helping homeowners reduce carbon emissions and enjoy cleaner, fresher air. The Role:As a sales consultant, you’ll work closely with self-builders, renovators, and custom home builders, guiding them towards the best renewable solutions for their projects. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing warm leads & existing opportunities, building lasting relationships.
  • Preparing quotations for ventilation, heating, and vacuum systems.
  • Hosting showroom meetings & attending trade shows to engage with potential clients.
  • Visiting client sites (as needed) to provide expert advice.
  • Collaborating with technical & design teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Maintaining an organised CRM system to track and manage interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience in a consultative environment.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities & proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic understanding of area & volume calculations.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Genuine interest in renewables & the construction industry
