We are working with a professional, established organisation based in the Cotswolds near Morton-in-Marsh, as they have a requirement for an experienced administrator to provide support to the Commercial & Technical Services Team.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract (possibility of being extended) and will be a key role in the successful delivery of a MOD related project, and vital in ensuring the team operates efficiently.
A valid DBS certificate or the ability to obtain one as part of the recruitment process is essential (any associated cost will be covered by the company)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (phone & email)
- Be main point of contact for clients during assigned projects
- Manage scheduling software, including reports and effective planning of schedules
- Oversea the full process from PO to completion of projects and jobs
- Support with supplier forms & creation of quotations documents
- Manager collation of information/documentation required in the delivery of projects
- Inputting and updating information on secure company systems
- Monitoring and reporting client feedback
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Key Education and Experience
Essential           Competent computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel
             Previous admin experience & 5 GCSEs at C or above including Maths
             & English
Desirable         Experience with CRM & workflow management systems
             Database & IT skills
Hours: 35 per week: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm (1hr lunch); Pay rate: £13.19ph
