Urgent Hiring: Join Our Team!Randstad is actively seeking highly motivated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service (AMHS) at St George's Park. This is a high-priority role, and we aim to expedite the hiring process for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care; assisting nurses and the multidisciplinary team; accurate record-keeping; prompting medication (as directed); maintaining professional conduct in line with Trust policies.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:- GCSEs (minimum 5 A-E grades, including Maths and English)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Proven experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness
- Knowledge of mental health issues and interventions
- Demonstrable compassion and commitment to care
- Care Certificate
- Min of 6 months of NHS or Private Hosipital experience as a mental health support worker
