IT Infrastructure Analyst

Daily Duties:
- Manage and maintain the on-site IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Assist in the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Work closely with corporate IT teams and external vendors to support business operations.
Tech Stack:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware.
- Networking: Cisco switches, Firewalls, VLANs.
- Backup & Security: Veeam, Endpoint Security Solutions.
- Databases & Storage: SQL, SAN/NAS Storage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT infrastructure role.
- Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or CCNA (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (required for site access).
