I am currently working with a progressive Construction Consultancy looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their Chester Office.
Our client provides a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying and cost management services specialising in Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and Community sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on a vas range of exciting projects.

The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying services. You will also be working on a wide range of projects within the Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors.
What They Are Looking For:
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment.
- Experience with NEC and JCT of contract.
- Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimates.
- Preparing of cashflow forecasts and financial reports.
- Experience in preparation of tender documents.
- Be capable of taking a project through from inception to completion.
