Our client is awell-established company looking for a Handyperson to join their team. This role will be based across various sites, carrying out arange of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
Your new role
As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out plannedand reactive maintenance across various sites.
* Completing general building tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving,drainage, and plumbing.
* Assisting withfacilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy.
* Responding toout-of-hours alarm activations when required.
* Ensuring all workfollows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting riskassessments.
* Workingindependently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
* Recording all work completed in the internal PMR system.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A broad range of maintenance and repair skills.
* The ability to workindoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
* Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems will be provided).
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
* Strong teamworkingand communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence.
