We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You'll work closely with the Glasgow office, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of transactional finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, driven professional eager to make an impact.

What You'll Do:?? Oversee purchase/sales ledgers, cash books, loan schedules and ensure accurate reconciliations?? Maintain accruals, prepayments & amortisation schedules?? Prepare management accounts, including budget variance analysis?? Lead VAT & CIS return submissions?? Supervise invoice processing & cash book maintenance?? Manage statutory accounts, audits & financial reporting?? Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors & key stakeholders?? Present finance reports to shareholders & board members
What We're Looking For:? ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS qualified (essential)? At least one year post-qualified experience (essential)? Experience working in a professional finance environment? Confidence in board-level interactions (experience desirable, but not essential)? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail? Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
