Day-to-day of the role:

  • Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service for order processing, product information, and technical support across global markets.
  • Order Management: Manage the complete order process, ensuring accuracy in order entry and effective coordination with logistics, inventory, and production teams.
  • International Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to meet customer needs across different global markets, adapting to regional requirements 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products to ensure accurate and helpful customer communication.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and escalate customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical support, and supply chain teams to enhance overall operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek and recommend improvements to customer service processes and communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and order management.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years in customer service, preferably in the medical device industry or a related healthcare field. Experience with global markets is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of import and export procedures and policies.
