A dynamic conveyancing department in Abercynon are seeking a Licensed Residential Conveyancer experienced in high-tech solutions to join their growing conveyancing department. On offer is a hybrid working model, competitive salary, and on-site parking.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all property matters independently, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types.
- Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organised and maintained in good order.
- Achieve billing targets
To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Must Hold a Qualification in CILEx, SRA, or CLC
- Proven experience within Conveyancing managing your own caseload
- Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
The suitable candidate must have 2+ years of PQE managing a varied Residential conveyancing caseload, as will be responsible for handling all conveyancing matters from instruction to completion for nationwide clients.
