We are currently partnering with a South Wales based Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team to help them deal with a backlog of work over the next six months.

This is a full-time position with paying £14.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay, and they are looking for someone to start date is as soon as possible!

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Utilising in house systems including a bespoke compliance tracker and MS Office to accurate record and update compliance records within a housing association, largely focused on fire safety work and fire risk assessments
  • Uploading certificates on to in house systems, ensuring all data is robust and accurately recorded
  • Raising works orders with contractors, and liaising with contractors upon completion of works
  • Working on the 'Big 6’ of compliance; Fire, Electrics, Gas, Legionella, Asbestos, LOLER

Experience required:

  • An understanding of property compliance
  • Strong administration and IT Skills
  • Able to work in an office environment
  • Strong communication skills
