The great opportunity is based at our headquarters in Nantwich, Cheshire, the role ofSales Executivewill work closely with our wider sales team to deliver a world-class customer experience for the brand.

This role is based at our Nantwich office, with occasional visits to our packing facility in North Wales. Therefore, reliable transportation is essential.

What youll be doing

  • Build solid trusting relationships with our customer base
  • Support for Head of Retail and account manager
  • Own and manage the end to end artwork process both internally and with the end customer
  • Complete and issue customer new line forms
  • Complete and submit all customer specs of portals (retailer training will be required)
  • Own and complete all customer paperwork for new and existing products
  • Generation and management of Product check lists
  • Customer forecasts and demand accuracy
  • Setting up of new SKUs at 3PL
  • Setting up of new SKUs on SI
  • Samples and TSR generation
  • Manage NPD briefs with Head of Retail and flavour development with innovation teams
  • Support Head of Retail in the day to day management of our customers

Excellent ability to optimize use of systems (internal and with our customers)

Microsoft Skills Competent with Excel, word and PowerPoint
