With six years of success, our client is expanding their Project Management Office (PMO) to meet the increasing demand for network transformation projects from their clients. You'll work with a team of industry experts and have significant opportunities for learning, career progression, and becoming a key player in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

The Role:As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the implementation and delivery of customer solutions across Network, Cloud, and Security projects. This is a hands-on role in which you will manage a variety of projects, from small to large, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously with accountability for delivering on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own all project documentation, including Gantt charts, project plans, RAID logs, and highlight reports.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by applying different project methodologies/frameworks based on specific project needs.
  • Support customers who view us as their trusted strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and promote a positive team environment.
  • Assist in maturing business and delivery processes within the PMO function.

About You:

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Telecommunications/Service Provider environment, delivering network services. (Desirable)
  • Strong background in managing network delivery and/or transformation projects. (Desirable)
  • Familiarity with WAN, LAN, Data Centre, and security projects. (Essential)
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred); Agile certification/experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with teams. (Essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (Essential)
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to visit client sites when needed. (Essential)
