With six years of success, our client is expanding their Project Management Office (PMO) to meet the increasing demand for network transformation projects from their clients. The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the implementation and delivery of customer solutions across Network, Cloud, and Security projects. This is a hands-on role in which you will manage a variety of projects, from small to large, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously with accountability for delivering on time and within budget.
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Own all project documentation, including Gantt charts, project plans, RAID logs, and highlight reports.
Identify, manage, and resolve project risks and issues to meet project objectives.
Demonstrate flexibility by applying different project methodologies/frameworks based on specific project needs.
Support customers who view us as their trusted strategic partner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and promote a positive team environment.
Assist in maturing business and delivery processes within the PMO function.

About You:

Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Telecommunications/Service Provider environment, delivering network services. (Desirable)
Strong background in managing network delivery and/or transformation projects. (Desirable)
Familiarity with WAN, LAN, Data Centre, and security projects. (Essential)
PRINCE2 Foundation certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred); Agile certification/experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with teams. (Essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (Essential)
Full UK driving license and willingness to visit client sites when needed. (Essential)
