We are recruiting for a PA/Administrator for a property management company based in Nantwich.
The role will ideally suit someone with experience in property management and looking for between 20 and 30 hours per week.
- Organize and maintain office systems and records.
- Manage correspondence and scheduling
- Maintain diaries
- Handle tenant inquiries and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Update property management systems with accurate and timely information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Offer occasional out of hours telephone support for tenant emergencies
Requirements
- Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable.
- A background business administration, or customer service is advantageous.
- Experience in property management would be a distinct advantage
