A growing Engineering company are hiring a Quantity Surveyorto join their team working on a large substation projectin the Neath area in Wales. The company specialise in the Power, Renewables and Rail sector across the UK and have a number projects in the pipeline.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a HV substation project132kv, ensuring that the project is moving forward effectivley. You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and so need strong commnication skills. The company are looking for the following experience:
- Experience on heavy civils or infrastrucutre projects (substation experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Good understanding of NEC forms of contract
- Completion of UK projects preferred
The Quantity Surveyor role will offer:
- Salary up to 50,000
- Site based role with occasional work from home (maximum of 1 day a week from home project depending).
