As a Business Development Manager, alongside the Marketing team you will be responsible for driving the growth of innovative parcel management system. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers to generate new business.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and client education sessions.

The person

  • Proven sales experience gained in the built environment, construction, logistics or tech industries.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue and business growth.
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
