We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to undertake receptionist duties, handle purchase ledger inputting, and provide essential administrative support for a fantastic company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, processing purchase ledger transactions using accounting software, and supporting general office tasks.

In this role your working hours will be 8am 5pm, Monday Friday with an hour for lunch and weekly pay! This is a fantastic environment to be in where you will be working within a friendly atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, good time-management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise their work effectively. You will also have excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to succeed in this role.
