Receptionist

the role.

We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist to undertake receptionist duties, handle purchase ledger inputting, and provide essential administrative support for a fantastic company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, processing purchase ledger transactions using accounting software, and supporting general office tasks. In this role you will be providing cover for 4 weeks in total from Monday 17th March Friday 28th March and then again from Monday 14th April Friday 30th April.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, good time-management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise their work effectively. You will also have excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to succeed in this role.
