Our Client are an established firm of Financial Planners and Insurance Brokers, who are now looking for an additional member to join their Employee Benefits team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to both the company and its clients. They will also work closely with colleagues, clients and third-party providers via phone, email and in person, ensuring the smooth running of administration processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Broking and renewing private medical insurance and group life assurance policies
  • Managing rela??onships with product providers, advisers, and corporate administrators
  • Researching technical queries related to corporate risk products and providing insigh??ul
  • Solutions.
  • Keeping the team updated on market changes and industry developments
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records

Experience and Skills:

  • Self motivated and reliable individual with a strong ethic and a standarrds driven approach
  • Have a background in customer service and administraton.
  • Be confident using the internet and cloud-based applications such as Mircrosoft 365
  • Experience within the insurance industry is beneficial
