The Lancashire Teaching Agency / Reed Education are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to work at an Ofsted 'Good' Primary School in Pendle. The role is a full time position covering 5 days per week from 8:30am to 15:30pm. You will be working within EYFS/KS1, working with Children who have ASD/ADHD.

The role is an ongoing position, starting in January.  This a happy and secure school where all children are nurtured to reach their fullest potential. 

The candidate must have a Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working with children with complex needs.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be:•Monitoring targets for future progress•Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers•Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils•Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice•Excellent behaviour management skills
