Our client is a leading manufacturer within the UK and part of a global company, they are seeking an addition to their team to work within their production/operation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their products and processes through data analysis, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting issues incurred on the shop floor.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Assist in NPD and implementing systems to analyse new products.
• Analysing test data and producing reports.
• Conduct statistical analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Developing KPI’s
• Assist in the development of software.
• Conduct risk assessments of production processes and implement risk management strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation related to job role procedures and processes.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working within engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and software.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Rate of Pay: From £12.98 per hour (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.30pm
