Key Responsibilities:

To use computer modelling software to create technical drawings and three-dimensional building designs.

Collaborate with architects and clients to transform their design concepts into detailed, constructible drawings.

Provide site and manufacturing team with accurate, comprehensive drawings to enable construction.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified in Revit BIM Level 2
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D Design
  • Experience of working in a busy functioning design office
  • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive drawings
  • Experience in delivery of building projects.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload, in line with project dates
  • A general interest in learning and understanding how things work
  • M&E design or experience with Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Knowledge / Experience in MEP & HVAC system would be an advantage, but not essential.
